One-on-one coaching, how it works

Last updated October 24, 2026

One-on-one coaching is 3 video sessions with Brannon, 60 minutes each, used within 90 days of purchase. Coaching is not therapy and doesn’t replace it.

  1. What it is, and who it is for

Want me in your corner? In one-on-one coaching we work through it together, and I’ll help you apply it to your life and your situation. It is coaching, not therapy, and it does not create a therapist-client relationship. It does not replace mental health treatment, diagnosis or care. If you want therapy, contact a licensed therapist in your state.

  2. How to book

Buy on the coaching page (/coaching) or add coaching with a course. After you buy, your 3 sessions show up in the member portal at https://members.brannonpatrick.com/coaching. Suggest a few times there, and we confirm one by email.

  3. What to prepare

Between sessions, work through your course, your worksheets and any homework Brannon gives you. Bring the questions that are hard to say out loud. Meetings are by video.

  4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Let us know at least 24 hours before a session. Later than that, the session counts as used. Yes, within 14 days of purchase, as long as we haven't had a session yet. After the first session, or after 14 days, the purchase is final. Spots are limited to 30 clients at a time; when every place is taken, you can join the waitlist.

  5. What it does not include

One-on-one coaching is not emergency or crisis care. If you are in danger, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. For product access or billing help, email support. Coaching does not replace therapy.
