    Not just videos

This course comes with 17 worksheets, all custom designed for you, so you really do the work instead of just watching.

    Worksheets include

    • The Fear Cycle and the 5 H's
    • My Sanctuary
    • The Trustometer
    • Letter to Myself

For twenty years I've sat with couples after betrayal, and there might be no deeper, more complex pain. The question I hear most is: shouldn't they fix this, since they caused it? I wish they could. But if someone rear-ends you and you get whiplash, they can't go to physical therapy for you. Your partner has their own repair to do, and they can support you, but your healing is yours. I made this course so you don't have to wait on anyone to start. It's what I walk people through in my office, and I shoot straight with you, because I don't want you to stay stuck where you are right now.

    Brannon Patrick, LCSW

    • Understanding betrayal trauma: why betrayal hits you on so many levels at once, the fear cycle, and why control keeps you stuck.
    • Getting out of harm's way: what to do, and what not to do, in the first minutes, hours and days, and how to create safety for yourself.
    • Building the scaffolding: self-care, boundaries and safe people, the structure that holds you up while you heal.
    • Processing grief: why the only way past the pain is through it, with letters and exercises that help you feel it instead of fighting it.
    • Finding hope again and moving forward: consistency and courage for the days that are hard.
    • Finding purpose in the pain: growth, gratitude, and accepting the outcomes you can't control.

For the partner who was betrayed. Video lessons and worksheets on what to do now, so you have a next step on the days you can’t think straight. This course is not a replacement for therapy. If you want support along the way, you can work with Brannon Patrick, LCSW.

    • Nineteen video lessons from Brannon, about 4.5 hours
    • Seventeen worksheets, all custom designed for you
    • The slides from the lessons, as a PDF
    • English captions on every lesson
    • Watch in your own time, on any device, and keep it

    What listeners and readers say

I just listened to the episode on objectifying that woman-and Oh. My. Goodness. Brannon gave me a total core-shaking smackdown when he talked about the betrayed objectifying others via comparison-that other women don't become daughters of God, but become the embodiments everything the betrayed feels she isn't- 😳 What a wake up call! I am so grateful for your podcasts! They have been more helpful than I can even express. Thank you for being brave!

No one ever talks about betrayal trauma like you do. I was doing this in my previous relationship and he walked out because he couldnt take it anymore he complete ignored me whilst he was the reason i was going thru this and he labeled me as being "crazy". Im so relieved to listen to your video and be able to tell myself that evsrything i was going thru was related to betrayal trauma i never knew there was such thing
