Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Brannon Patrick PLLC (“Brannon Patrick PLLC,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They govern your use of brannonpatrick.com, the member portal at members.brannonpatrick.com, and the products, content, emails, events and services we offer through them (together, the “Site”). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are. The Site discusses sexuality, pornography, infidelity and religion in direct language intended for adults.
2. Education, not therapy
Brannon Patrick is a licensed clinical social worker. The content on the Site, including articles, podcast episodes, ebooks, courses, webinars and events, is for general education only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Brannon Patrick, Brannon Patrick PLLC or anyone else. Do not use the Site as a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
3. Your account
Some products are delivered through the member portal. An account is created for you when you buy a product. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: do not share your login or give anyone else access to purchased content. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Card charges appear on your statement as BRANNONPATRICK.COM. If you pay with Klarna or Affirm, your payments and statements come from them.
- We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect orders already paid.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
Payment options
Klarna and Affirm are offered for courses, subject to their approval.
Subject to eligibility. See lending terms at affirm.com/disclosures. Affirm, Inc., NMLS 1883087. Affirm Loan Services, LLC, NMLS 1479506.
Amazon, Amazon Pay, and the Smile logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
5. Delivery of digital products
Ebooks are delivered as PDF files. After payment, you can download your ebook right away, you receive a download link by email, and the ebook is saved in your member portal. Online courses are delivered through the member portal. You keep access to purchased products for as long as we operate the member portal and your account is in good standing, unless your purchase is refunded. If we discontinue a product you bought, we will give you reasonable notice before your access ends. Paperback and hardcover editions are sold and shipped by Amazon under Amazon’s terms and do not include member portal access.
6. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund of an ebook within 14 days of getting access to it, by emailing info@brannonpatrick.com. For an ebook, that is the day you buy it.
You can request a full refund of a course within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed no more than two of its lessons. Once you complete a third lesson, the purchase is final. A lesson counts as completed when you mark it complete or have watched 90% of its video. To request a refund, email info@brannonpatrick.com from the email address you used at checkout. We confirm eligibility from the lesson progress in your account.
Live events you pay us for, including webinars and retreats, follow the same 14 days, and that window also closes 14 days before the event starts. After it closes, your place can be transferred to someone else but not refunded, because a place we are holding is a place nobody else could book. If we cancel an event, we refund you in full, whenever that happens.
One-on-one coaching has its own refund rule, in section 21.
No product page, event page or registration form sets a different one.
When a refund is issued, your access to that product ends, including download links and access in the member portal. Once the window has closed, purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise. We may decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same product. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We usually resolve problems quickly.
7. License to use content
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may print an ebook for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, sell, resell, publish, upload, distribute, record or create derivative works from any product or other content on the Site, or use it to train or feed artificial intelligence systems, except as the law allows or with our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, audio, video, graphics, logos, the Brannon Patrick name and marks, the podcast, the ebooks and the courses, are owned by Brannon Patrick PLLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Apart from the license in the section “License to use content,” no rights are granted to you.
9. Events and webinars
The details, dates and prices for each event are shown on its event page or registration form. Dates, speakers and formats may change. Some events, such as retreats, are organized with partners and booked on the partner’s website under the partner’s terms; when you pay the partner rather than us, their terms cover that booking and ours do not. For an event you pay us for, refunds are covered by section 6 and by nothing else. Taking part in an in-person event may require signing a separate agreement.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law;
- share your account or purchased content;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts or our systems;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or security, including by uploading malicious code;
- scrape, harvest or automatically collect content or data from the Site;
- use the Site to harass, threaten or harm anyone.
11. Messages and submissions
If you send us a message, feedback or a question, you allow us to use it to respond to you and to improve the Site. We will not publish your name or any identifying details without your permission.
12. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
13. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular result for you, your relationship or your recovery. Your results depend on your own circumstances and effort.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brannon Patrick PLLC, Brannon Patrick and their employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or 100 U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Brannon Patrick PLLC and Brannon Patrick from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect purchases made before that date. If a change is material, we will give notice on the Site or by email.
18. Termination
You can stop using the Site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law continue to apply after termination.
19. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

21. One-on-one coaching
One-on-one coaching is coaching, not therapy. It does not create a therapist-client relationship with Brannon Patrick or anyone else, and it is not a substitute for mental health treatment, diagnosis or care. If you are looking for therapy, please contact a licensed therapist in your state. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
A coaching purchase includes three video sessions of 60 minutes each, to be used within 90 days of the purchase. Sessions not used within those 90 days expire and are not refunded or carried over.
You request each session in the member area by suggesting times that work for you, and we confirm one by email. To reschedule a confirmed session, let us know at least 24 hours before it begins. A session rescheduled or missed with less notice counts as used.
You may cancel a coaching purchase for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as no session has taken place. After the first session, or after 14 days, the purchase is final.
Coaching is limited to 30 clients at a time. When every place is taken, you can join a waitlist, and joining it does not reserve a place.
22. Session recordings
Added October 20, 2026.
A coaching session is recorded only if you agree to it, for that session. You can give or withdraw that agreement on the session in the member area until it starts. Without it, nothing is recorded.
A recording is saved in Brannon Patrick’s Google account and with our video host, and it is shown only to you, in your member area.
We keep a recording while your account exists. To have one deleted, email info@brannonpatrick.com.
