The delivery email
After you buy an ebook, we send "Your ebook is ready". That message includes a download button. The subject and preview leave the product name out on purpose, so an inbox list does not show what you bought.
In the member portal
Sign in, then open Books at https://members.brannonpatrick.com/books. Your owned book has its own page with Read (opens the PDF in the browser) and Download (saves the file). You need the account that matches the email used at checkout.
If the download link fails
Use Books in the member portal instead of an old email link. If the book is missing there, check that you are signed in with the purchase address, then email info@brannonpatrick.com with the receipt date. Do not send passwords or card numbers.
How long you keep it
You keep what you buy for as long as the member portal runs and your account is in good standing, unless the purchase is refunded. If a product is discontinued, you get reasonable notice before access ends.

An ebook from this site is a PDF. You get it by email and in the member portal. Paperback and hardcover, when they are available, come from Amazon and do not include member area access.
